House Seat status added to Screen Layout endpoints

In order to better represent seats that are unavailable due to Social Distancing rules, we've added another Seat Status to the screen layout endpoints. The new status is discussed in the Seating guide.
The endpoints that may now return this new status are Get Screen Layout for Order and Get Screen Layout for Showtime
