Added original cinema chain film data for Get Films and Showtimes endpoints

Get Films for a Cinema Chain now enables you to see the original cinema chain film data as well as that for the MX Film release to which it was mapped. Get Showtimes for a Site and Get Showtimes for a Site including Ticket Types now return an identifier that relates to the original film data's id.
