Added Get Showtimes including Ticket Types endpoint

We've just released a new endpoint Get Showtimes for a Site including Ticket Types that returns the showtimes for a site including all ticket types for the showtimes.
This endpoint allows you to retrieve all showtime and ticket type reference data for a site in a single request rather than needing to iterate over the showtimes and retrieve ticket types for each one separately - far more efficient!
